A blend of yoga, pilates and stretch movements to expand your range of movement and improve posture.

 
HARD CORE

You will be led through a variety of exercises specifically designed to tone and strengthen the muscles of your core. 
StabilityBall HAVE YOU GOT THE BALLS
If so, bring them to this ball class that feels like
play. Burn calories, tone muscle and finish with a well
deserved stretch.
Kickbox KICKASS KICKBOX
Release stress using gloves & pads to improve
co-ordination, balance, strength and endurance. Modified kickboxing & martial art techniques and intensity training combined. Gloves & pads provided.
ROPE BURN
Jumping rope uses all the muscle groups and joints of the upper and lower body. It has greater fat-burning benefits than most cardiovascular activities. This class combines resistance training with skipping drills.

SCULPT
your body in this muscle strength & endurance class. We use a variety of methods to fine tune your muscles. Feel free to bring your own weights.
 
YOGA FIT
A flowing series of yoga poses to create strength, flexibility, endurance and balance for greater health and mental awareness.

Latin inspired dance fitness that incorporates Latin & international music with dance movements to create a dynamic, exciting and effective fitness system that tones and sculpts the body.
