A personalized approach works well with everyone - whatever their age or exercise background. I like to help people work toward and reach their personal fitness goals. I provide customized workouts in an individual or small group setting.
Individual:
With today’s busy schedules, not everyone has time to go to the gym on a regular basis. I understand that it may be intimidating to go to a large health club on your own and attempt to reach your fitness goals. I can design a fitness program based on your unique and individual needs and goals for you to do in the privacy and convenience of your own home, with your own equipment or in my private studio. If you don't have equipment, I'll bring whatever is necessary to give you a good workout. I use adjustable dumbbells, stability balls, resistance bands, jump ropes and other portable equipment. Along with body-weight and manual resistance techniques, we can get the job done without requiring you to make a major equipment purchase.

Small Group:
If you prefer to workout with others, you may choose to participate in small group personal training. You will receive the guided instruction of a Personal Trainer at a lower cost. This is a perfect option for those who like to workout with a friend or family member, but need guidance and instruction. You can enjoy the camaraderie of working with others while making progress toward achieving your goal. Whether you have a specific training goal or special consideration, small group training may benefit you.
